Why Fonts?
Fonts are the essence of your brand. Gone are the days of limited text styles in social applications. Use your own brand look and feel through your own fonts and brand colors.
Font File Types
To upload into Slate, fonts need to be a .ttf, .otf, .woff, or .woff2 file
NOTE: There is not an integration with Adobe Fonts. You must have a .ttf or .otf file to be able to use fonts in Slate.
Upload a Font
Login to your Slate web dashboard
In the Fonts drawer, select the + button at the top right of the drawer
Select the font file you would like to upload
Change the font name if desired and add or delete any colors you want to use. To delete a color associated with your font, hover over the font and click the small 'X' that appears at the top corner of the color. To add, click the + button under the font colors and type in the HEX code
Add any search terms to your font and save
Publish any changes to your dashboard by clicking 'Publish changes' at the bottom left of your screen
NOTE: To add fonts, you can also drag and drop font(s) directly into the font drawer and/or collection directly.
